ABOUT THE MOVEMENT
THE MOVEMENT is a holistic workout that draws from elements of yoga, barre, dance, intuitive movement, somatic awareness and meditation. Part self-care, part self-discovery, it holds space for you to show up to yourself and more wholly in your life. It invites you to see what happens, to see what's there when you're willing to STAY & BE WITH.
Getting present in the body with music that cuts deep, we exhaust and observe. Increasing flexibility, building strength and stamina - while exploring the sensory experience of our thoughts, beliefs and emotions creates a powerful and deeply personal experience like no other.
THIS IS YOUR HOMECOMING.
FOR THE SEEKERS, THE ANXIOUS, THE RESTLESS, THE SURVIVORS.
FOR ALL THE WOMEN WHO CAME BEFORE US & FOR ALL WHO'LL COME AFTER.
WHAT FOLKS ARE SAYING
The Movement has been instrumental in my journey of self-awareness. It opens deep places I often hide but have been able to express and let out. It's vulnerable but vital to being who I am today. - Joanna Auger, Tx
The Movement is not just about exercising, stretching and toning your physical body. It's a journey of training the mind, body and spirit. It's the hard work of self-discovery - the stillness of finding and the soul searching - to experience more peace and clarity than you ever have before. - Jennifer Jensen, Tx
I didn't know what to expect going into 'The Movement'. I attended two different sessions and both were great. It was a comfortable and welcoming environment. And then, I got to move, turn inward and really listen to my body's wisdom. Erika created a safe container for me to do that. I've been so caught up in all the areas I feel I'm lacking - but through The Movement, I came in contact with my strength. I felt it. I know that it's true. - Emily Handby, Tx
For me, The Movement is a combination of yoga, pilates and other exercises where music plays a fundamental role, aimed at strengthening core and flexibility, while at the same time introducing some spirituality regarding yourself, your limits. - Cristina Simao, Portugal
